We believe in transparency and honesty. We want you to know exactly what we can help with—and just as importantly, what we don’t handle. Why? Because your safety and the integrity of your home are our top priorities.

Our Philosophy: Know Our Limits
We’re expert handymen, not specialized contractors. There are certain jobs that require specific licenses, training, and equipment that we don’t possess. When a project falls outside our expertise, we’ll tell you upfront and often can recommend a trusted specialist who can help.

What We Typically Do NOT Handle:

Major Structural Work

  • Load-bearing wall modifications
  • Foundation repairs
  • Major framing or structural alterations
  • Engineering-level projects

Complex Plumbing

  • Re-piping entire houses
  • Moving main sewer lines
  • Water heater installations (in many jurisdictions)
  • Gas line work

High-Voltage Electrical Work

  • Running new circuits from the main panel
  • Service upgrades or panel replacements
  • Major rewiring projects
  • Anything requiring an electrical permit

HVAC Systems

  • Furnace or air conditioner repairs
  • Refrigerant handling
  • Ductwork installation
  • Complex thermostat wiring

Roofing

  • Major roof repairs or replacements
  • Flashing installation
  • Anything beyond minor shingle replacement

Specialized Remediation

  • Asbestos removal
  • Mold remediation
  • Lead paint abatement
  • Pest control (beyond minor exclusions)
